Hi everyone,

Basically, your 'official' notice is below, but this is just a quick note to let you know that we will be holding a Society EGM immediately before rehearsals next Thursday 4th December. Please make the utmost effort to be there as we require a quorum for the meeting to be valid. It's not anything to be worried about; this happens every year to ratify the show that we will be performing. To recap again, please be at rehearsals for 6.45pm this coming Thursday!

Dear Members of The Cecilian Society, University of Glasgow,

Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above Society will be held at 6.50pm on Thursday 4th December 2008 in Committee Room 1 of the Queen Margaret Union.

This meeting has been called for the sole purpose of ratifying the Society's performance of 'Carmen - the Musical' in the Mitchell Theatre during the week commencing Monday 26th January 2009.
