Hi guys!
As most of you will know, at the ceilidh (on Monday 30th-GUU Debates Chamber 8pm-tickets £5) we have an auction to raise funds for the society.
In order to have an auction we, of course, need items/services to auction off.
If any of you would like to donate an item or provide a 'service' to be auctioned, it would be very much appreciated. Please get in touch with Yasmin Galloway via
social@ceciliansociety.co.uk and let her know if you'd like to donate something.
Just to give you an idea of things you might like to donate, here are a few things that have been auctioned in the past:
Items-a knitted cecilian of your choice
a sleeping bag made entirely from show t-shirts
Desmond (a doll which has become the society's mascot)
cheesecake and other baked goods.
Services-volunteering to be a slave for a day.
cooking a meal
a date
As long as your item/service is legal we'll be happy to accept it!
