‘On the Couch’ is a subtle comedy about a deluded psychologist in need of
therapy. He tries to provide therapy for himself by escaping into his imagination,
dreaming he is a world renowned rock star in the league of Bono and Chris
Martin, sitting on Jonathan Ross' chat show couch, when he should be listening
to the troubles of the patients on his own couch. In an attempt to bring his
dreams as close to actualisation as possible, he tries to manipulate the case
of one of his patients which in turn pushes him closer to reality than he has
ever been before.
