Cry-Baby 2022

The Cecilian Society performed Cry-Baby at the Glasgow University Union on the 8th-9th of April 2022!

Cry-Baby is a fun-loving show that tells the story of Allison Vernon-Williams, unhappily stuck in her square life, meeting the rebellious Wade ‘Cry-Baby’ Walker and his group of rowdy drapes. Filled with exciting rockabilly numbers, hilarious characters and classic star-crossed lovers, we had the best time putting on this show. Despite being in unprecedented times due to COVID-19, we persisted and rehearsed like mad to produce an amazing performance and we couldn’t be prouder of how it turned out!
